Sales activity at Maple Run has been very consistent with (5) units Sold so far in 2012 and (4) units Sold in each of the previous four years (2011 through 2008).  The Average Sales Price for 2012 is currently $492,700, which is the highest it has been in over fours years (since 2008) when it was $544,375. In addition, the rate of decline in average sale price for similar type properties is significantly less than that of other nearby towns.  Currently there are (0) units For Sale and (0) units Pending or Under Contract.
