I realize how valuable your time is and so this site was my best attempt at streamlining the process of finding properties or other real estate related information required to sell a property in today’s competitive market place. I am Bob Zorechak and I help people buy or sell homes for a living. Truth be told, I actually enjoy what I do, and don’t think of myself as a sales person but more of a consultant and a source of information, so I won’t try to sell you anything, I promise. Should you choose to hire me to represent you, I will help you navigate every aspect of the transaction, I will make myself available to you whenever you need me, keep you posted on our progress and basically do everything that I would want my Realtor® to do for me, if I were in your shoes.
